Mermaid tail swirling across a Vivid Neon Australian Opal with a ROLLING RAINBOW FLASH! This statement ring is made of 925 silver & rhodium-plated for additional safety against tarnishing! ✨️The opal is around 7x4mm! It is from Lightning Ridge, Australia! Known for its beautiful, vivid black-based opals! 🌈 This opal is bright & neon! A complete little rainbow FLASH ROLLS on it! (A very sought-after feature of a rolling flash, especially a rainbow!) Orange, green, & blue, predominantly! The opal is really special! ❤️
It is DIRECTIONAL stone, as most opals are—showing bright blue flashes in certain angles and a near-velvety grey appearance in others. (Such opals with strong neon vibrancy are highly sought after and command exceptional value, IF non-directional are worth thousand$$$ of dollars!!!) See the video, please!

This is a chunkier piece as the mermaid tail is 3D! Beautiful mermaid scales and tail details are prominent and stunning! The scales are all around the ring, even the back!! It feels like you're wearing a mermaid around your finger from a fantasy land! ✨️

Hence, I have varnished its back with black gel and darkened the ring base, which is usually done for crystal opal jewelry! (It looks 10% more vivid with the darkened base of the ring, at no extra cost to you! Voila 😍🖤🌌)

Opals are light-dependent*; their most vivid flashes are seen in sunlight or bright indoor light! In dull light, they do not appear as bright!* Opals also have directions, some more brighter than others! I’ve included photos and videos in different lighting so you know what to expect 🤗🖤🌌 The first image is taken with flash, showing the brightest it can look, like in direct sunlight!!
The opals are first photographed under a flashlight to show the best color they can display, similar to how they appear in sunlight. They are also filmed indoors without sunlight or flash. It is very difficult to capture the play of fire in opals. I can assure you they look even better in person than in the listing photos.
