Shipping Policy

All prices are listed in USD. Jewelry orders over $200 ship free domestically within the USA. Shipping fees apply to international orders.

Processing Time

Processing time for handcrafted items is typically 1–3 business days.

Shipping Time

Shipping time depends on the shipping method selected at checkout. Estimated delivery time is usually 5–7 business days. Please note that delivery times are estimates only. Delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, weather conditions, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances are outside our control.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced packages.

Signature on Delivery Policy

For security purposes, all orders above $200 may be shipped with a “Signature on Delivery” requirement. If an item is returned, we also require the return package to include “Signature on Delivery” at the customer's expense for orders above $200.

Return & Exchange Policy

Ready-to-Ship Items

Returns for ready-to-ship items are accepted within 7 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Orders above $200 must include the “Signature on Delivery” shipping add-on when returned. Please note: USPS signature confirmation currently adds approximately $4–$6 to postage costs, though prices may vary over time. Customers are encouraged to verify current rates before returning an item.

Return Conditions

Items must be unused and returned in their original condition. If an item is returned damaged, a partial refund may be issued depending on its condition upon inspection. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-refundable and non-returnable:

  • Custom jewelry
  • Personalized jewelry
  • Resized jewelry
  • Worn earrings, for hygiene reasons

Refund Policy

Refunds are processed after returned items have been inspected and approved.

Approved refunds are typically issued within 1–3 business days after inspection.
