Custom Orders Policy

Custom or personalized jewelry orders are considered final sale and cannot be canceled, returned, or exchanged once production has begun. Full payment is required at the beginning of the process unless otherwise agreed upon.

Customs require significant time and work to make your special piece, alongside our regular collections. Full payment for custom orders is required in advance. All customs are FINAL SALE. No returns or exchanges unless there is a manufacturing defect or fault on my end, reported within 2 days of delivery. This will, of course, be carefully reviewed and resolved. 🤗

I assure you that your opal and jewelry will be even more beautiful in person and crafted to the highest standard. 🤗🩵

In the rare event that your custom piece cannot be completed (for example, due to stone damage), a full refund will be issued. If you wish to place another order, it can be done through a new listing after the refund is completed.

Designs can be fully customized 💜 I'm happy to create styles with halos, accent stones, intricate personalized elements, and handcrafted details such as multiple bands, leaves, stars, branches, mermaids, swirls, textures, engraving, and more.
