Hematite is the variety which has these small holographic inclusions which shine bright in multicolor & looks like a galaxy od stars shining on the blackish purple base of the iolite (just like the might sky!)

Sunstones & iolites have natural inclusions, lines like "scratches", and presence of cracks! It is very hard so it doesn't mean it is weak because of this! It is a common structural configuration. You are welcome to research this! All images show the features.
