Please carefully view all videos and photos, including images where the stone is not illuminated. These internal lines are natural and do NOT mean the stone is weak or unstable. The stones remain stable and beautiful 🤗✨️ Even when not glowing in direct light, the base color and beauty of the gem are always present. ✨️ Returns & Refunds • Custom pieces cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a manufacturing defect or fault on my end, reported within 2 days of delivery. • In the very rare event that a custom piece cannot be completed (for example, accidental stone damage during the making process), a full refund will be issued. If you would still like a piece afterward, a new custom order can be placed through a separate listing. ✨️ Photography Notice I dedicate a great deal of care to photographing and filming each stone in all lighting conditions, often spending up to 20 minutes capturing one gem 💜 Slight differences between photos/videos and real-life appearance are simply due to the natural difficulty of capturing gemstones accurately on camera. ✨️ Care Instructions Please handle Sunstone jewelry with care, as Sunstone can be brittle.
