-*No returns or exchanges unless there is a *manufacturing defect or fault on my end, reported within 2 days of delivery. This will, of course, be carefully reviewed and resolved by me. 🤗

-In the rare event that your custom piece cannot be completed (for example, due to stone damage), a full refund will be issued. If you wish to place another order, it can be done through a new listing after the refund is completed.

Designs can be fully customized 💜 I’m happy to create styles with halos, accent stones, intricate personalized elements, and handcrafted details such as multiple bands, leaves, stars, branches, mermaids, swirls, textures, engraving, and more. (Updated listing & pricing will apply.)

I take great care photographing and filming each opal in all lighting conditions. Feel free to ask for more photos or videos. Any slight difference in appearance is due to the natural limitations of capturing opals on camera.
